Narrative:

Continued to taxi out of ramp area without taxi clearance. Did not contact clearance delivery after ramp control indicated we do so at point 'south.' contributing factor was looking up runway analysis for runway 15L. Supplemental information from acn 424461: checking runway analysis due to a runway change from accuload data and late running of taxi checklist. Forgot to call clearance delivery and ground control in a timely manner.
