Narrative:
Ever since air carrier X airlines changed its colors, ground movement in reduced visibility has been more problematic due to color. If air carrier X were to light the tails it would enhance the visibility of their aircraft and increase safety as controllers and others would be able to see these aircraft easier.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: ACR X AIRLINE'S NEW PAINT SCHEME, HAS MADE IT HARDER FOR THE TWR CTLRS TO SEE THESE ACFT DURING THE GND MOVEMENT PHASE. ILLUMINATING THE TAIL SECTION WOULD BE OF HELP.
