Narrative:

VFR aircraft Y squawking 1200 code flew through 2 final approachs, then continued opposite direction out of a standard terminal arrival, while continually climbing. This caused multiple vectors for arriving passenger aircraft X to avoid the VFR aircraft. This presents a dangerous situation for commercial aircraft and should be resolved with a class B upgrade.

Title: CVG APCH CTLR VECTORS MD80 OFF ARR RTE DUE TO UNCTLED VFR ACFT FLYING THROUGH APCH COURSE. CTLR PERCEIVES INCIDENTS OF THIS TYPE WOULD BE REDUCED IF AIRSPACE WAS UPGRADED FROM CLASS C TO CLASS B.
