Narrative:

Coach passenger seated in xxa and xxb, a passenger traveling with a nurse asked me how much time we had left in the flight. I told them 3 1/2 hours and the older passenger became agitated. We discovered she was a dementia patient and refused to take her medication for fear someone was poisoning her. As the medication wore off she became paranoid. She was screaming throughout the airplane for the police and waking everyone up. She hit me with her cane. I took the cane away until the aircraft landed. We subdued her with doctors talking to her. No further incident to report.
