Title: THE FLC OF AN ACR MLG FAILED TO NOTE THAT THEIR DISPATCH RELEASE DID NOT SHOW A REQUIRED LNDG ALTERNATE AND ITS ADDED FUEL UNTIL AFTER THEY HAD DEPARTED THE GATE.
Narrative: CAPT AND DISPATCHER ISSUED AND SIGNED, BUT FAILED TO INCLUDE PROPER LNDG ALTERNATE AND ADDITIONAL FUEL. CAUGHT OVERSIGHT ON PUSHBACK, RETURNED TO GATE FOR NEW RELEASE AND ADDITIONAL FUEL.
