Narrative:
Aircraft was deiced at pit lower than standard takeoff runway 28R. Pit captain and first officer altimeter and airspeed malfunctioned. Declared an emergency. Followed standard company procedures and checklists for air carrier jetstream 31. Received radar vectors and ground speed and altitude reports back for ILS runway 28R pit. Landed without incident.

Title: A JETSTREAM 31 IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO FAILURE OF AIRSPD AND ALTIMETER INDICATORS ON BOTH POS CAUSED BY IMPROPER DEICING PROCS.
Narrative: ACFT WAS DEICED AT PIT LOWER THAN STANDARD TKOF RWY 28R. PIT CAPT AND FO ALTIMETER AND AIRSPD MALFUNCTIONED. DECLARED AN EMER.
