Narrative:

My copilot was flying and I was busy trying to obtain ATIS at sdf. I was also distracted trying to program the FMS. My copilot was descending and was aware of our crossing restr to cross cheri at 11000 ft. However, as I was writing down the ATIS I looked and we were at cheri and descending through 13000 ft. Nothing was said by ATC. My copilot said that he had trouble interpreting the FMS and didn't realize we were already at cheri.

Title: ATX FLC OF LTT FAILED TO MEET XING RESTR ON ARR TO SDF.

Narrative: MY COPLT WAS FLYING AND I WAS BUSY TRYING TO OBTAIN ATIS AT SDF. I WAS ALSO DISTRACTED TRYING TO PROGRAM THE FMS.
