Narrative:
I was plucking flight from mia to dty. Very busy, lots of bags and multiple families traveling together. Mr and mrs X each had a child on their arms and another walking, handed me 4 tickets which I assumed one was a lap child. 90% of the time infant stickers are not displayed on boarding passes. Mr X boarded the aircraft with his wife and 3 children and was stopped on deplaning by customs agents monitoring the flight. Mr X explained that his children were crying and he was helping his wife board. I was not aware that he was not a passenger since he pretended to be one and boarded without permission and boarding in mia is always a hurry, hurry and we are forced to rush through the process in order to avoid delays. We need more help monitoring bags, compliances with infant stickers implemented routinely and not when the agents remember or feel like. I feel it was an honest mistake that could have been avoided if the proper help is provided and procedures followed each flight by everyone.
