Narrative:

Passenger seated in main cabin aisle had her right foot out in the cabin aisle. I was carrying a large tray of hot towels to the front of the cabin to serve them forward to aft. Because the tray blocked my view of the aisle, I didn't see her foot in the aisle, tripped over it and fell to the floor 2 rows forward. Since my hands had been full I couldn't catch myself and I fell on my right knee and elbow. I bruised them both badly but was not otherwise injured. The seats are so close together in the main cabin that passenger are always putting their feet in the aisle, but this foot was extended almost across the aisle.
