Narrative:

Initially a WX diversion to alternate due to fog at destination (low volume airport). Crossed active runway at alternate on taxi out. Human factors: 1) pressure to get back on schedule to do a quick and efficient turn. 2) unfamiliar airport, terminal, narrow txwys, gate -- unfamiliar. 3) 3 flight plan revisions at gate and complete routing change from clearance. 4) landed one runway, takeoff another mins later. Corrective action: just a few commuter flts in and out per day. Maybe ground control could have monitored our progress on the taxi out.
