Narrative:
Location: dfw ramp. While waiting for gate, the crew witness tug hit a lavatory service truck in the left rear quarter panel. The lavatory truck was leaking blue fluid. This occurred behind aircraft pwring back. The wing walkers were not stopping traffic behind the power back and the tug and truck were swinging wide to pass behind the airplane. The wing walkers were not watching traffic, they were looking forward at the nose of the aircraft, not clearing behind it. The crew also witnessed a pickup cut off a flight coming out. The truck was traveling in excess of 50 mph. People or aircraft are being hurt/damaged, which can be prevented. Chief pilot and ramp manager employee safety were notified.

Title: RPTR OBSERVED A TUG COLLIDE WITH LAVATORY SVC TRUCK AND SEVERAL SUPPORT VEHICLES SPDING BEHIND AN ACFT PWRING BACK.
Narrative: LOCATION: DFW RAMP. WHILE WAITING FOR GATE, THE CREW WITNESS TUG HIT A LAVATORY SVC TRUCK IN THE L REAR QUARTER PANEL. THE LAVATORY TRUCK WAS LEAKING BLUE FLUID. THIS OCCURRED BEHIND ACFT PWRING BACK. THE WING WALKERS WERE NOT STOPPING TFC BEHIND THE PWR BACK AND THE TUG AND TRUCK WERE SWINGING WIDE TO PASS BEHIND THE AIRPLANE. THE WING WALKERS WERE NOT WATCHING TFC, THEY WERE LOOKING FORWARD AT THE NOSE OF THE ACFT, NOT CLRING BEHIND IT. THE CREW ALSO WITNESSED A PICKUP CUT OFF A FLT COMING OUT. THE TRUCK WAS TRAVELING IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH. PEOPLE OR ACFT ARE BEING HURT/DAMAGED, WHICH CAN BE PREVENTED. CHIEF PLT AND RAMP MGR EMPLOYEE SAFETY WERE NOTIFIED.
