Narrative:

Logbook discrepancy. I arrived at the aircraft approximately 25 mins prior to departure and met the captain. I was advised that the APU air was inoperative and passenger were beginning to board. I went outside to find ground personnel to hook up ground air and perform walkaround. Returned to the cockpit and got ready for departure. Preparation was hurried due to APU problem, walkaround, and jump seater trying to get situated and briefed. We did the checklist and departed. Once airborne, I looked through the logbook to see exactly what the APU write-up was and noticed that there was a non balanced entry concerning an oven door seal being loose. We subsequently notified maintenance upon arrival.
