Narrative:

I was cleared for takeoff on runway 7 at orl. I was given an after takeoff heading of 060 degrees and an altitude restr of 1500 ft. I was advised that the aircraft that had taken off in front of me, a C150, would be turning to the northwest. The cessna continued to climb straight out, not turning. I quickly caught up to it. At 1500 ft, to avoid a collision, I turned to the southeast, thinking that to turn to 060 degrees would put me on a collision course if he finally turned to the northwest. At that time, the C150 commenced a turn to the southeast. I immediately initiated a climb to avoid him. I leveled at 2000 ft. The cessna then started a turn to the northwest and I turned back to 060 degrees and descended to 1500 ft.

Title: A BE55 BEECH BARON DEPARTING RWY 7 AT ORL ALMOST RUNS OVER A C150 AHEAD OF IT THAT WAS 'SUPPOSED TO TURN TO THE NW' AS QUOTED BY THE TWR CTLR.

Narrative: I WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 7 AT ORL. I WAS GIVEN AN AFTER TKOF HDG OF 060 DEGS AND AN ALT RESTR OF 1500 FT. I WAS ADVISED THAT THE ACFT THAT HAD TAKEN OFF IN FRONT OF ME, A C150, WOULD BE TURNING TO THE NW. THE CESSNA CONTINUED TO CLB STRAIGHT OUT, NOT TURNING. I QUICKLY CAUGHT UP TO IT. AT 1500 FT, TO AVOID A COLLISION, I TURNED TO THE SE, THINKING THAT TO TURN TO 060 DEGS WOULD PUT ME ON A COLLISION COURSE IF HE FINALLY TURNED TO THE NW. AT THAT TIME, THE C150 COMMENCED A TURN TO THE SE. I IMMEDIATELY INITIATED A CLB TO AVOID HIM. I LEVELED AT 2000 FT. THE CESSNA THEN STARTED A TURN TO THE NW AND I TURNED BACK TO 060 DEGS AND DSNDED TO 1500 FT.
