Narrative:
Climbing to FL350, we encountered severe turbulence climbing through FL340. We had the seatbelt sign on, but 3 flight attendants were up. The flight attendants called to tell us that 2 flight attendants were hurt. We returned to denver and accomplished a normal landing. The 2 flight attendants were taken to the hospital and released. Aircraft that we followed on climb out reported smooth rides to FL350.
