Aircraft #1 (X) was at 12000 ft, given clearance to 11000 ft. Aircraft #2 (Y) was given 13000 ft, 10 mi behind and 200 KT overtake. Aircraft #2 (Y) read back 13000 ft and left FL240. Aircraft #2 (Y) checked on descending to 12000 ft (not heard) and went through 13000 ft next to aircraft #1 (X).
