Title: AN L1011-100 DSNDS OUT OF ITS ASSIGNED ALT, THE CREW BELIEVING THAT THEY WERE GIVEN A DSCNT CLRNC BY ATC. ATC CTLR STOPS THE FLT AROUND FL320 FOR OPPOSITE DIRECTION TFC AT FL310.
