Narrative:
Engine #2 flamed out right after rotation. First officer and so ran checklists. I flew aircraft IFR in a race track pattern under departure/approach control instructions and returned to land from an ILS to runway 19L. Landing was normal.

Title: AN ACR WDB ACFT HAS ITS #2 ENG FLAMEOUT AFTER LIFTOFF FROM RWY 19R AT SFO ARPT. THE FLT OBTAINS VECTORS FOR A RETURN AND LNDG ON RWY 19L AT SFO.
Narrative: ENG #2 FLAMED OUT RIGHT AFTER ROTATION. FO AND SO RAN CHKLISTS. I FLEW ACFT IFR IN A RACE TRACK PATTERN UNDER DEP/APCH CTL INSTRUCTIONS AND RETURNED TO LAND FROM AN ILS TO RWY 19L. LNDG WAS NORMAL.
