Narrative:
I was working a problem on the crew call button. I changed the passenger amp box with a svcable one which didn't fix the problem. Reinstalled other box, checked for tools. I shut off light and closed door. Airplane took off from msp and couldn't pressurize -- was diverted. On landing, found east&east door open and a broken wire on door switch. Door was closed and a write-up made on wire.
