Narrative:
Crew called in weather receiver transmitter popping circuit breaker; aircraft arrived talked to crew. On the way down the jet bridge to right&right weather receiver transmitter; captain stopped me to add to weather radar task. A captain's seat shoulder harness was inoperative. Told him I'd look at it after weather receiver transmitter fix. Right&red receiver transmitter; operations checked ok; only 5-10 minutes to push. I started to work shoulder harness. Fixed that; signed book off; and left aircraft. No delay; forgot to close forward east&east door because aircraft air returned -- couldn't pressurize and had loud noise from nose wheel well area. No overhead equipment lights. Met aircraft; inspected forward east&east; accomplished overweight landing inspection; talked to crew. No equipment light. Press-to-test ok; but both east&east doors didn't work the equipment bay overhead light; installed MEL and dispatched aircraft.
