Narrative:
Location: gate at ont. After aircraft parked at the gate, parking brakes set, left and right engines shut down, and parking checklist complete, jetbridge pushed the aircraft approximately 1 ft from parked position. After jetbridge was pulled away from aircraft, the nose slid back to original parked position. Request maintenance inspection of fuselage for sideload damage. Main wheels did not move from parked position during this event.

Title: ACFT STRUCK BY JETBRIDGE AFTER ARR AT GATE.
Narrative: LOCATION: GATE AT ONT. AFTER ACFT PARKED AT THE GATE, PARKING BRAKES SET, L AND R ENGS SHUT DOWN, AND PARKING CHKLIST COMPLETE, JETBRIDGE PUSHED THE ACFT APPROX 1 FT FROM PARKED POS. AFTER JETBRIDGE WAS PULLED AWAY FROM ACFT, THE NOSE SLID BACK TO ORIGINAL PARKED POS. REQUEST MAINT INSPECTION OF FUSELAGE FOR SIDELOAD DAMAGE.
