Narrative:
Started plane on ramp, listened to ATIS, called ground for taxi. Jxn ground said taxi to runway 14. I got on taxiway and proceeded north towards runway 14. Jxn's runways intersect (runway 4/32 and runway 6/24). When I got to intersection, I got on the active runway and started back-taxiing runway 14. I had missed the taxi turn to get to beginning of runway 14. I don't think the left turn is clearly marked. The main 'drag' appeared to go straight. A more prominent sign should point the way or ground should give routing. Ground control said to continue down the runway but to contact tower.
