Narrative:
While on a photo flight of a customer, I was requested by customer to do a low pass over a nearby lake. This low pass put the helicopter close to some nearby boats (less than 500 ft, but not more than 250 ft. No harm done, however, complaint from water.

Title: HELI FAILED TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM SEPARATION FROM GND OBJECTS.
Narrative: WHILE ON A PHOTO FLT OF A CUSTOMER, I WAS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER TO DO A LOW PASS OVER A NEARBY LAKE. THIS LOW PASS PUT THE HELI CLOSE TO SOME NEARBY BOATS (LESS THAN 500 FT, BUT NOT MORE THAN 250 FT. NO HARM DONE, HOWEVER, COMPLAINT FROM WATER.
