Narrative:
Aircraft X reported to responding to an RA that occurred at FL275, 10 mi east of eau. Pilot followed RA by climbing approximately 800 ft. TCASII showed traffic same altitude almost same position at 6 O'clock. No other traffic in area. No other aircraft involved.
