Narrative:
The first officer (myself) was flying the localizer 30 to runway 30 at mia. The captain suspects that I touched down just short of painted runway threshold. That is the overrun area for opposite runway 12. I was distraction by tower asking us to keep up speed till the marker then a commuter aircraft in front of us was slow to clear. Asking the captain if he wanted to continue he said yes. I did because there was enough room, but I was looking down the runway making sure that the commuter would in fact clear prior to touchdown. I would say the landing was normal but the captain felt I was slightly short of the touchdown zone. In retrospect, I would say I would not have kept the speed up while there was slower commuter traffic in front of us. Being new to the aircraft was a slight distraction.

Narrative: THE FO (MYSELF) WAS FLYING THE LOC 30 TO RWY 30 AT MIA. THE CAPT SUSPECTS THAT I TOUCHED DOWN JUST SHORT OF PAINTED RWY THRESHOLD. THAT IS THE OVERRUN AREA FOR OPPOSITE RWY 12. I WAS DISTR BY TWR ASKING US TO KEEP UP SPD TILL THE MARKER THEN A COMMUTER ACFT IN FRONT OF US WAS SLOW TO CLR. ASKING THE CAPT IF HE WANTED TO CONTINUE HE SAID YES. I DID BECAUSE THERE WAS ENOUGH ROOM, BUT I WAS LOOKING DOWN THE RWY MAKING SURE THAT THE COMMUTER WOULD IN FACT CLR PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN. I WOULD SAY THE LNDG WAS NORMAL BUT THE CAPT FELT I WAS SLIGHTLY SHORT OF THE TOUCHDOWN ZONE. IN RETROSPECT, I WOULD SAY I WOULD NOT HAVE KEPT THE SPD UP WHILE THERE WAS SLOWER COMMUTER TFC IN FRONT OF US. BEING NEW TO THE ACFT WAS A SLIGHT DISTR.
