Narrative:
Passenger in mid cabin complained that his soda was making him sick -- it smelled strange. Upon inspection, it smelled like kerosene. Passenger stated that he vomited and was having stomach pains. On advise from medical (on ground dfw), we landed in yqm and sent passenger to hospital. After further investigation, passenger brought the substance and has 'a record' of this type of incident. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated that she checked back with the company and this passenger has done this same scam 26 times before. He does it quite regularly. He was quite indignant and did not want the flight to stop for him. But his comments made it seem that he needed help fast from the symptoms expressed. Reporter said that he gave no real physical indications of actual discomfort, it was all verbal. When he was released at the airport he was told he would have to find his own way to destination. Hopefully he will not do this again. The company has indicated that he will not be allowed to fly on company aircraft in the future.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT REGARDING A PAX WHO COMPLAINED THAT HIS SODA WAS BAD AND WAS MAKING HIM SICK. HIS COMPLAINTS WERE QUITE EXTREME AND AFTER CONSULTING WITH MEDICAL AT GND FACILITY THE FLC DECIDED TO DIVERT AND GET HIM TO A HOSPITAL.
Narrative: PAX IN MID CABIN COMPLAINED THAT HIS SODA WAS MAKING HIM SICK -- IT SMELLED STRANGE. UPON INSPECTION, IT SMELLED LIKE KEROSENE. PAX STATED THAT HE VOMITED AND WAS HAVING STOMACH PAINS. ON ADVISE FROM MEDICAL (ON GND DFW), WE LANDED IN YQM AND SENT PAX TO HOSPITAL. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION, PAX BROUGHT THE SUBSTANCE AND HAS 'A RECORD' OF THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: RPTR STATED THAT SHE CHKED BACK WITH THE COMPANY AND THIS PAX HAS DONE THIS SAME SCAM 26 TIMES BEFORE. HE DOES IT QUITE REGULARLY. HE WAS QUITE INDIGNANT AND DID NOT WANT THE FLT TO STOP FOR HIM. BUT HIS COMMENTS MADE IT SEEM THAT HE NEEDED HELP FAST FROM THE SYMPTOMS EXPRESSED. RPTR SAID THAT HE GAVE NO REAL PHYSICAL INDICATIONS OF ACTUAL DISCOMFORT, IT WAS ALL VERBAL. WHEN HE WAS RELEASED AT THE ARPT HE WAS TOLD HE WOULD HAVE TO FIND HIS OWN WAY TO DEST. HOPEFULLY HE WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN. THE COMPANY HAS INDICATED THAT HE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FLY ON COMPANY ACFT IN THE FUTURE.
