Narrative:
Aircraft xxz flew into ZZZ on trip xyz. The aircraft experienced airframe vibrations rolling into and out of 20 degree turns. I met the flight crew upon arrival for debrief on gate. The flight crew stated the airframe vibrations were experienced on the flight from ZZZ to WWW (flight wxw) and again from WWW back to ZZZ (flight xyz). This discrepancy was not reported or entered into logbook until arrival at ZZZ. I asked the flight crew why this discrepancy had not been reported and documented upon arrival at WWW. The pilot stated that he wanted to verify the vibration condition. This violates far 121.563. Observed mechanical irregularities pose a real threat to the safety of our passenger. These irregularities need to be addressed prior to the next revenue flight.

Title: A B727-200 WAS OPERATED IN NON COMPLIANCE AFTER DEPARTING A STATION WITH AN UNANSWERED OPEN FLT CTL VIBRATION RPT.
Narrative: ACFT XXZ FLEW INTO ZZZ ON TRIP XYZ. THE ACFT EXPERIENCED AIRFRAME VIBRATIONS ROLLING INTO AND OUT OF 20 DEG TURNS. I MET THE FLC UPON ARR FOR DEBRIEF ON GATE. THE FLC STATED THE AIRFRAME VIBRATIONS WERE EXPERIENCED ON THE FLT FROM ZZZ TO WWW (FLT WXW) AND AGAIN FROM WWW BACK TO ZZZ (FLT XYZ). THIS DISCREPANCY WAS NOT RPTED OR ENTERED INTO LOGBOOK UNTIL ARR AT ZZZ. I ASKED THE FLC WHY THIS DISCREPANCY HAD NOT BEEN RPTED AND DOCUMENTED UPON ARR AT WWW. THE PLT STATED THAT HE WANTED TO VERIFY THE VIBRATION CONDITION. THIS VIOLATES FAR 121.563. OBSERVED MECHANICAL IRREGULARITIES POSE A REAL THREAT TO THE SAFETY OF OUR PAX. THESE IRREGULARITIES NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO THE NEXT REVENUE FLT.
