Narrative:

On feb/xa/99 at approximately XX30Z above a warning area near panal intersection off the east coast of united states, our aircraft started to develop a pressurization problem. We were told to change our transponder code to 7700, which we did and descended to 12000 ft. Soon thereafter, the aircraft's pressurization problem started to work normally so we elected to climb up to our normal altitude for the remainder of the flight. Due to our cabin's altitude rising slowly, we had to descend into the warning area. We did our emergency checklist on descent and had no problems for the rest of the flight.
