Narrative:

It was a normal commercial training flight. We had just completed an emergency descent and told the student to continue with engine out procedures. Student lined up with road. Instructor said, 'go around.' student throttled up and engine quit. Continued for field. Airplane struck some kind of line (pwrline). Engine came alive. We climbed out and returned to airport. I think this was caused by lack of clearing engine in emergency descent.
