Narrative:
While taxiing out from FBO at teb, I made a wrong turn onto taxiway B. I should have continued on taxiway a to runway 24, but I misunderstood the ground controller. A citation jet, who had been cleared for takeoff on runway 24, aborted his takeoff roll and turned off taxiway B to return to holding area for some unknown reason. When he saw me facing him, he could not or did not clear the runway. Another jet on short final had to go around.
