Narrative:
Stony MOA was activated at and below FL180. Aircraft was cleared off of J501, direct small aircraft. The aircraft flew through stony MOA for 40 mins. The supervisor in charge at zan noticed the flight in the MOA. Upon researching, the supervisor found that traffic management unit had not informed the sectors the airspace was hot. The deviation was turned into the area manager in charge. This is the second or third time this has happened in a yr. The last incident revealed that 8 flts had flown through active military airspace while it was active. One operational deviation was processed for 8 violations. This is further proof that the problem was not fixed after the last deviation. Please help get this problem fixed.
