Narrative:

I was given permission to take off from page field in fort meyers, fl. I was to depart to the northwest. I climbed to 1800 ft and page tower informed me that I had violated class C airspace. I immediately descended to 1400 ft and out of the class B airspace. I was in class B for only 2 mins. This was totally my fault. I am just starting to fly again after 12 yrs. I purchased a new plane and it is more pwrful and climbs faster than I am used to. In the future, I will be more careful not to violate any restr airspace.
