Narrative:
Landed runway 28R sfo off of the FMS bridge visual and either approach did not transfer us to tower, or I missed it. Anyway, on rollout, approach said to call tower. Contributing factors: new first officer, high and hot on approach. No excuses. I missed the handoff or just plain got preoccupied.

Narrative: LANDED RWY 28R SFO OFF OF THE FMS BRIDGE VISUAL AND EITHER APCH DID NOT TRANSFER US TO TWR, OR I MISSED IT. ANYWAY, ON ROLLOUT, APCH SAID TO CALL TWR. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: NEW FO, HIGH AND HOT ON APCH. NO EXCUSES. I MISSED THE HDOF OR JUST PLAIN GOT PREOCCUPIED.
