Narrative:
Being vectored for a visual approach, we were cleared for runway 36L visual and told to contact tower on final. Conducting IOE and student's first landing in aircraft, workload was high in an effort to maintain situational awareness inside the aircraft. In an effort to impart landing technique IOE, captain missed the tower call. We landed with no conflicts and contacted tower as we exited the runway. Tower advised they had cleared us to land with lights.
