Narrative:

Hadn't been to ord in some time. Got taxi clearance and started taxi based on assumed route. Crew unclr about where txwys were, but continued slow taxi trying to figure it out. Crossed inactive runway as a result. Should have set brakes until totally sure of route. Very stupid mistake!
