Narrative:
We were at FL240. ZID told us to descend now to FL230 and cross tigrr at 11000 ft. The first officer said to set 11000 ft. I did, and I saw him start a descent. At this point and later, we both forgot about the crossing restr. Air traffic area asked if we were going to make tigrr at 11000 ft. We were approximately 8 mi to go at FL210. I answered, 'I don't think so.' we gave a high rate of descent but we missed crossing at 11000 ft. I selected the lower altitude and saw the first officer start his descent. I simply forgot to back him up. Next time I'll use a prompt (dim tubes, etc) to remind us of a restr. I'll also stay focused on what the other fellow is doing. One thing I've started doing the last few yrs is to start my descent for any crossing restr as soon as I get it -- no matter what my rate of descent needs to be. Supplemental information from acn 430959: first officer started a slow descent. We later started to read the descent checklist and forgot about the crossing restr. Center said hurry down. We missed the restr by approximately 2000 ft. Complacency and not flying airplane first was the contributing factor.

Title: A DSNDING CL65 UNDERSHOOTS ITS ASSIGNED ALT FOR XING TIGRR INTXN ON THE CINCE3 ARR FOR CVG, OH.
Narrative: WE WERE AT FL240. ZID TOLD US TO DSND NOW TO FL230 AND CROSS TIGRR AT 11000 FT. THE FO SAID TO SET 11000 FT. I DID, AND I SAW HIM START A DSCNT. AT THIS POINT AND LATER, WE BOTH FORGOT ABOUT THE XING RESTR. ATA ASKED IF WE WERE GOING TO MAKE TIGRR AT 11000 FT. WE WERE APPROX 8 MI TO GO AT FL210. I ANSWERED, 'I DON'T THINK SO.' WE GAVE A HIGH RATE OF DSCNT BUT WE MISSED XING AT 11000 FT. I SELECTED THE LOWER ALT AND SAW THE FO START HIS DSCNT. I SIMPLY FORGOT TO BACK HIM UP. NEXT TIME I'LL USE A PROMPT (DIM TUBES, ETC) TO REMIND US OF A RESTR. I'LL ALSO STAY FOCUSED ON WHAT THE OTHER FELLOW IS DOING. ONE THING I'VE STARTED DOING THE LAST FEW YRS IS TO START MY DSCNT FOR ANY XING RESTR AS SOON AS I GET IT -- NO MATTER WHAT MY RATE OF DSCNT NEEDS TO BE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 430959: FO STARTED A SLOW DSCNT. WE LATER STARTED TO READ THE DSCNT CHKLIST AND FORGOT ABOUT THE XING RESTR. CTR SAID HURRY DOWN. WE MISSED THE RESTR BY APPROX 2000 FT. COMPLACENCY AND NOT FLYING AIRPLANE FIRST WAS THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR.
