Narrative:
We were in the process of boarding our aircraft. All of the passenger were on board and stowing their bags. The other aircraft was being marshaled in to a very tight parking spot. My first officer was watching the other aircraft and observed it striking our right wingtip. We immediately shut down the right engine and deplaned our aircraft. Our flight coordinator, dispatcher, and chief pilot were notified along with our pilot group representative. Maintenance control was notified that the only damage was to the right navigation light lens cover. Maintenance inspected the aircraft and decided to MEL the lens cover (which is a cdl item). After all of the paperwork was completed, we departed for our flight.
