Narrative:
Departed W-291 after a test mission. Copilot was flying. Center reclred us from 16000 ft to FL180. We were very light and copilot used maximum power for climb. Because of the high rate of climb, we overshot FL180 by approximately 300 ft.

Narrative: DEPARTED W-291 AFTER A TEST MISSION. COPLT WAS FLYING. CTR RECLRED US FROM 16000 FT TO FL180. WE WERE VERY LIGHT AND COPLT USED MAX PWR FOR CLB. BECAUSE OF THE HIGH RATE OF CLB, WE OVERSHOT FL180 BY APPROX 300 FT.
