Narrative:
On landing in a crosswind at ewr, aircraft was stable until approximately 10 ft AGL. At that time a gust of wind hit aircraft and we decided to go around. Go around was accomplished with no problems. Found landing light hanging out of wingtip -- no other damage was noted.

Title: FO OF AN MLG TEMPORARILY LOST ACFT CTL DURING LNDG IN GUSTY XWIND CONDITION STRIKING WINGTIP BEFORE MAKING A GAR.
Narrative: ON LNDG IN A XWIND AT EWR, ACFT WAS STABLE UNTIL APPROX 10 FT AGL. AT THAT TIME A GUST OF WIND HIT ACFT AND WE DECIDED TO GAR. GAR WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO PROBS. FOUND LNDG LIGHT HANGING OUT OF WINGTIP -- NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS NOTED.
