Narrative:

Under radar contact with ZSU, we were told to report scapa. I am not completely sure, but I think the captain was off frequency when we were told to report scapa. We neglected to do so, and about 25 mi out from san juan, we asked for lower from ZSU. They asked if we had reported scapa and we replied that we did not. He then sent us over to approach and we made an uneventful landing.

Title: THIS ACR B757 FLC FORGOT TO RPT AT A MANDATORY RPTING POINT TO THE ARTCC CTLR.

Narrative: UNDER RADAR CONTACT WITH ZSU, WE WERE TOLD TO RPT SCAPA. I AM NOT COMPLETELY SURE, BUT I THINK THE CAPT WAS OFF FREQ WHEN WE WERE TOLD TO RPT SCAPA. WE NEGLECTED TO DO SO, AND ABOUT 25 MI OUT FROM SAN JUAN, WE ASKED FOR LOWER FROM ZSU. THEY ASKED IF WE HAD RPTED SCAPA AND WE REPLIED THAT WE DID NOT. HE THEN SENT US OVER TO APCH AND WE MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG.
