Narrative:
While attempting to lower landing gear for landing, landing gear up-lock control release rod broke at upper attach point, resulting in inability to lower landing gear. Problem was isolated but unrepairable while airborne. Decided to land gear up on runway. Light damage was incurred, no injuries. According to far part 91, event described as a non rptable incident.

Title: SNJ GEAR UP LNDG WITH MINIMAL ACFT DAMAGE.
Narrative: WHILE ATTEMPTING TO LOWER LNDG GEAR FOR LNDG, LNDG GEAR UP-LOCK CTL RELEASE ROD BROKE AT UPPER ATTACH POINT, RESULTING IN INABILITY TO LOWER LNDG GEAR. PROB WAS ISOLATED BUT UNREPAIRABLE WHILE AIRBORNE. DECIDED TO LAND GEAR UP ON RWY. LIGHT DAMAGE WAS INCURRED, NO INJURIES. ACCORDING TO FAR PART 91, EVENT DESCRIBED AS A NON RPTABLE INCIDENT.
