ATIS for bdr did not include NOTAMS for the 'terminal area' as required by ATIS procedures. Abutting class D airspace, jsd, had a NOTAM that changed the operating hours of their class D airspace. They were conducting helicopter test flts.

Title: A PA28-181 CFI COMPLAINT REGARDING THE OMISSION OF THE STATUS OF THE JSD ARPT ON THE BDR ATIS BROADCAST.
Narrative: ATIS FOR BDR DID NOT INCLUDE NOTAMS FOR THE 'TERMINAL AREA' AS REQUIRED BY ATIS PROCS. ABUTTING CLASS D AIRSPACE, JSD, HAD A NOTAM THAT CHANGED THE OPERATING HRS OF THEIR CLASS D AIRSPACE. THEY WERE CONDUCTING HELI TEST FLTS.
