Narrative:
I hadn't slept much if at all in the 3 or 4 days prior to the event. I guess fatigue caught up with me and I fell asleep in the cockpit. (The autoplt was engaged.) when I woke up, I was approximately 70 mi east of my destination, lbf. I immediately contacted center and turned back toward the airport. Landing was uneventful. In the future I will recognize my own limitations and the dangers of fatigue.
