Narrative:
ATC informed of altimeter setting. We realized we had not reset altimeters climbing through transition. Upon reset of altimeter to 29.92, altimeter indicated 36680 ft.. Altimeter was reset and climb to FL370 was initiated. I blame fatigue, as our wake-up was early morning.

Title: AN MD SUPER 80 LEVELED OFF IN CRUISE AND WAS ADVISED BY ATC OF 300 FT ALTDEV CAUSED BY FAILURE TO SET ALTIMETERS TO 29 PT 92.
Narrative: ATC INFORMED OF ALTIMETER SETTING. WE REALIZED WE HAD NOT RESET ALTIMETERS CLBING THROUGH TRANSITION. UPON RESET OF ALTIMETER TO 29.92, ALTIMETER INDICATED 36680 FT.. ALTIMETER WAS RESET AND CLB TO FL370 WAS INITIATED. I BLAME FATIGUE, AS OUR WAKE-UP WAS EARLY MORNING.
