Narrative:

On takeoff roll, the #2 engine had a compressor stall just as the throttle passed 1.6 EPR (crosswind approximately 10 KIAS). The engine instruments always were normal. The engine's instruments were thoroughly checked and all were normal. The takeoff was continued. The flight was flown uneventfully to a landing at the planned destination. The engine was written up in the logbook at the destination. A mechanic checked the engine and it was fine.
