Narrative:
The aircraft was dispatched close to the inspection time limit and grace period. The flight schedule differed from the planning due to a communication error and misunderstanding. The aircraft ran 'out of time' on the way home. There were no conflicts with any other aircraft or any discrepancies with this aircraft. New procedures have been implemented in-house to insure inspection schedules are not exceeded and the crew is advised regarding aircraft status, flight schedule, and maintenance schedule.
