Narrative:
I was informed today, feb/thu/00 at XA00 hours that the oil quantity problem I worked on and deferred on feb/wed/00, was no fix no fly and I want to report this event. I was unaware of the condition and was not informed by the crew chief or technician services, who we were in contact with about the problem.

Narrative: I WAS INFORMED TODAY, FEB/THU/00 AT XA00 HRS THAT THE OIL QUANTITY PROB I WORKED ON AND DEFERRED ON FEB/WED/00, WAS NO FIX NO FLY AND I WANT TO RPT THIS EVENT. I WAS UNAWARE OF THE CONDITION AND WAS NOT INFORMED BY THE CREW CHIEF OR TECHNICIAN SVCS, WHO WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH ABOUT THE PROB.
