Narrative:
During the beverage service, a flight attendant discovered passenger unconscious. We called for a medical doctor. One arrived, along with an emt. They could not bring her to consciousness. They found evidence of a heart problem in her bag, so we made the decision to return to lhr. I do not believe the passenger ever returned to consciousness while on board.
