Narrative:
Bec tower gave us IFR departure instructions to 2000 ft right turn. In right turn, called to contact ict departure controller. He also gave traffic of KC135 northbound in pattern at iab, maintain VFR with traffic. In departure he got behind us when I made right turn to assigned heading. He was now to my right, my copilot had him in sight. He passed over us closer than I'd like, however, no problem as he was descending and I maintained my assigned altitude until he was past us.

Title: NMAC BTWN A BEECH TWIN TURBOPROP DEPARTING ON THE DOWNWIND LEG OF A SMALL MANUFACTURER'S ARPT ADJACENT AND A KC135 DOWNWIND IN THE OVERLYING TFC PATTERN OF AN ADJACENT MIL BASE. BOTH THE TWR AND DEP CTLRS ISSUED A TA OF THE K135 TO THE RPTR OF THE DEPARTING TURBOPROP.

IN DEP HE GOT BEHIND US WHEN I MADE R TURN TO ASSIGNED HDG. HE WAS NOW TO MY R, MY COPLT HAD HIM IN SIGHT. HE PASSED OVER US CLOSER THAN I'D LIKE, HOWEVER, NO PROB AS HE WAS DSNDING AND I MAINTAINED MY ASSIGNED ALT UNTIL HE WAS PAST US.
