Narrative:
During the pick-up service, the flight seemed to have encountered some clear air turbulence. I stowed all articles in hand, and sat on jump seat. Purser made a fasten seat belt PA. Flight attendants in the main cabin experienced the incident at a much stronger scale. (Typical for a B757.) 1 flight attendant (flight attendant #2) was injured. After incident passed, we checked the passenger security. Captain explained what happened. Said there was no way to have predicted it.
