Narrative:
Switched by reims center to paris center frequency. Paris acknowledged our check on and cleared us direct to ptv. After a few mins, paris cleared us from FL330 to FL350. Approximately 10 mins after our climb (approximately 22 DME northeast of ptv) we called paris and requested direct to ppn (pamplona). The controller told us we were on the wrong frequency and return to the previous one. We are confused and wonder if he misidented us 3 times and maybe we were not supposed to be at FL350. No traffic conflict and no urgency indicated by any controller. Soon cleared to FL370.

Title: A B727 FLC THOUGHT THEY HEARD AND THEN ACKNOWLEDGED A CLRNC TO CLB FROM LFFF CTR THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN MEANT FOR ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: SWITCHED BY REIMS CTR TO PARIS CTR FREQ. PARIS ACKNOWLEDGED OUR CHK ON AND CLRED US DIRECT TO PTV. AFTER A FEW MINS, PARIS CLRED US FROM FL330 TO FL350. APPROX 10 MINS AFTER OUR CLB (APPROX 22 DME NE OF PTV) WE CALLED PARIS AND REQUESTED DIRECT TO PPN (PAMPLONA). THE CTLR TOLD US WE WERE ON THE WRONG FREQ AND RETURN TO THE PREVIOUS ONE. WE ARE CONFUSED AND WONDER IF HE MISIDENTED US 3 TIMES AND MAYBE WE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE AT FL350. NO TFC CONFLICT AND NO URGENCY INDICATED BY ANY CTLR. SOON CLRED TO FL370.
